Return Policy

Returns:
-Due to the custom nature of our items there are NO REFUNDS.

Exchanges:

-We allow for exchanges. You have 7 days after your receive the item to setup an exchange. After the 7 day exchange period, we will offer a store credit that can be used within 60 days from original purchase. You can call or text us at 202-642-9509 to setup exchange. We will gladly guide you through the process. You will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend you use UPS as your return carrier or if you reside locally, please make an appointment for drop off/pick up services. 

Please make sure Item is brand new with tags and is not worn. Items without sales tag, containing a smell, visible site of being worn, or any other damages will not be accepted.

All accessories, shoes, and home decor are final sale. No exchanges. No returns.
